Website Availability

This service package delivers hosting services, maintenance services and incident management services. It comes in 4 different service levels, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. For more information or to request the brochure below, please contact us here.
Website Content Management

With this service we will take care of all textual changes on your website, based on your directions. We also size and upload new images that you deliver to us. This means that you don’t have to become an expert in Wordpress or Photoshop. You can just focus on your business and leave that to us. And let’s be honest: you know you can probably do it yourself; but do you really have the time and discipline to do it right away? Or is this one of the many things stillon your to-do list?

We’ll provide you with effective tools for easy communication, that allow you to pin comments to your webpages, upload images or communicate to our team. When you submit a change request, our team starts working on this within 2 workdays. You will be automatically notified when changes are processed.

Using our web content management service is going to save you time and money. No training required, no learning curves, no frustrations, no expensive technical support needed anymore for just textual changes. Helpdesk

The Lookingglass operates a helpdesk that helps you with your questions and issues. We have multiple contact channels that you can use to contact us: email (support@thelookingglass.nl), our collaborative work environment or by phone. Although we prefer the first two channels, it is always possible to give us a call ! (When it’s needed, it’s needed).
